How a job runs
From first call to handover
Site visit
We come out, measure up and talk through what you want.
Written quote
A clear, itemised price and timeframe, with no vague allowances.
Build
We handle the carpentry and building work, and every other trade is done by a licensed tradesperson. You get a tidy site and regular updates while we're on the job.
Handover
A final walk-through together. We don't call it done until you're happy.

About
Carpenters and builders
Lee Leckey served his carpentry apprenticeship in Northern Ireland and has been a fully qualified carpenter for 23 years, 27 years in the trade all up. He has spent the last 14 of those working as a carpenter in Australia: the first 7 in Sydney, and the last 7 based in Brisbane.
Lee started Advance Precise Carpentry in 2017 and has built its name in Queensland on careful, accurate work. You'll spot us on site in the grey APC shirts.
With a Builder – Low Rise licence, APC can take a project from the first frame through to the final trim, with the same person accountable the whole way.
We're not handymen. Whatever your job needs, from plumbing, electrical, tiling and waterproofing to asbestos removal, tree removal and landscaping, we bring in the right qualified trade for it. We manage them all, so you only deal with one person.
